Great nappy bag addition!

Did our research and read the reviews first prior to purchase. Only had to use it once so far
But worked perfectly. Wish it came with a small carry bag as we use the adapter with ours but other than that no issue! 4.5 out of 5

I received that started showing and error. I contacted the team who were nothing but supportive with trying to trouble shoot what was happening. The warmer was replaced and sent over night. It's a great product highly recommended :)

Not a great product

I recently purchased a lil moo and was not happy with the product. it takes a long time to heat and the battery goes dead far to quick! I had emailed admin and asked for a refund 2 weeks ago and have had no response. For the price I paid I expected something better. Not a happy customer and I would still like a refund!!!
