Shipping Policy

SHIPPING:

At this stage we are only shipping to Australia and New Zealand.

Fees

NZ: All standard orders will incur a shipping fee of $6.99 and will be applied at checkout. Rural shipping fee is $8.99. 

AUS: All orders will incur a shipping fee of $16.99 and will be applied at checkout.

As costs are changed by our shipping provider, these shipping fees may be subject to change.

Delivery Times

NZ : 1-4 Business Days (Rural locations please add 3 working days)
AUS: 3-6 Business Days 

We post international orders using NZ Post. Orders received before 9am New Zealand Standard time, Monday to Friday are dispatched within 48 hours. Most international orders will be delivered within 3-10 business days, but on occasion may take up to 30 days.

Please note that these shipping times are estimates & do not include any delays that may be caused by customs in your country. NZ POST is an external postage service so we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates or times. LIL MOO is not responsible for any customs charges payable in your specific country. Please ensure you understand the customs import rules and taxes payable in your country.

lil moo, does not ship on the weekends, so if your order is placed after 9am on Friday, it will be shipped on Monday.

Please note, during sale periods, public holidays & times of seasonal offers, dispatch of orders & in turn delivery times may be delayed please see the individual product page. We aim to process all orders in a timely manner, but we ask for your patience in order processing.

Address Changes

Please check your address carefully as we are not responsible for any address changes. We will endeavour to accommodate your changes where possible, but it is a possibility that we will not see your email prior to your items being shipped. Note that when you receive your tracking number, you are able to change the delivery address as the customer. 

Please note that if your parcel is refused delivery or returned to sender we are not able to refund you, but we will happily issue you a credit or gift voucher, or resend your order..
