All items are handmade and checked before they are dispatched, however, in the unlikely event you do receive an item with a fault, please do contact us and we will organise a replacement or credit note. In this instance, you need to return it to us within 5 days of purchase (in its original, unused condition). You will need to cover the return shipping costs. We will ship back to you free of charge if once we have inspected the item and see it is fit for a replacement.
Please be aware that any replacement may result in a different fabric design and will depend on fabrics available at that time.
