EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your latest Lil Moo items. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return and either refund or exchange any full priced item within 14 days of your order being received.

FULL PRICED ITEMS

You may return any full price item/s within 14 days of receipt of your parcel for either an exchange or a refund. The refund will be to the value of your item/s and will exclude the cost of postage.

SALE ITEMS

There will be NO returns or exchanges on all SALE items. This includes all products sold using a discount code as well as everything within our sale collection. (Excludes our first purchase 20% discount).

FAULTY GARMENTS

Any garment received that is deemed faulty will be replaced if stock is available. If you refuse a replacement item, then we will issue you a credit note. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund you the purchase price. You must let us know within 14 days of receiving your package if you believe your item/s are faulty.

Outside of this 14-day period any garments deemed faulty will be exchanged or credited at our discretion. We are strictly not liable for garments that have been purchased and then stored without wear for long periods of time. Any garment that is outside of the current season is strictly outside of our warranty period.

CONDITION OF RETURN

All product(s) must be returned: unworn, unwashed and free of marks with all original tags still attached and in their original packaging.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

Please email us in the first instance to let us know what you want to return.

We will reply with our return form and return shipping address.

Pack all items with care and include your completed Returns Form in a secure post bag or their return may be refused.

We ask that returns are sent by courier only.
